Mean Mule Silver Agave Spirit

American Agave Spirit is an expression of spirits distilled from the agave plant. This spirit is not Tequila. The name “tequila” and the spirit it describes, have “denomination of origin” status and “geographic indication”, much like champagne. Since this spirit has the same base ingredient and roots Jalisco region, it will taste similar while maintaining a flavor profile unique to Mean Mule's very own perspective and distillation process.

Handcrafted from 100% organic blue weber agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico. Carefully fermented and distilled in Kansas City, Missouri.

Mean Mule’s Silver American Agave Spirit is feisty while being delicate, refreshing, and light bodied.

PROCESS:
Twice distilled in copper column stills. Wide cuts made specifically depending on each unique batch. Gently proofed and rested in stainless for 60 days before bottling to enhance flavor profile.

Riding a bike with no hands. The first nights of summer. The perfect Paloma. Notes of vanilla and delicate florals.
